You should be physically fit in order to meet the demands of the game. Stretch before you work out, then do some cardio exercises. Top this all off with some resistance training and a routine to cool down.


If you learn that a new trick is working exceptionally well on the field, don’t overuse it. It might work well, but your opponents will know it is coming.
